Facebook replaced msn. Also there is less random spam invites coming my way.

When it first came out yes. Then I switched to Gmail years ago. I lol at anyone who still does.

Good old days of msn are gone. Microsoft shut-down the messenger service a couple of months ago. Facebook took over, but I refused to use it and stayed on msn until 2010 when FB added the feature to save chat history.

I only use facebook and texting now for anything social, and gmail for any emails. This is the easiest way to live with an iPhone.

Definitely, yes. Sad that they're gonna end it soon, it actually still maintains the largest share in the market by a margin. Oh well.

msn as in messenger? Nah. Tried it a couple months ago for nostalgia's sake, but it really wasn't that great. I just use skype nowadays.

Gmail for my e mail and Whatsapp and Google Talk for my instant messages. Moving instan messaging to your phone is surprisingly convenient. I stopped using Windows Live Messenger over a year ago and, apparently, so did everyone else.

I'm assuming you are talking about the messenger and yeah I still do. There was some years when I leaned towards Yahoo Messenger but I just use Yahoo for mail only now. And it is Windows Live Messenger now... get it right! Nah, I don't care. I never used Facebook chat.
