Do you believe in this saying? if so why do you believe in it

"it's better to try and fail, then to have never tried at all"

I definetly believe in this saying especially when it comes to lets say asking out a girl. Even if you know you're going to get turned down, it's ok its better to try and fail. If you never tried well then you just let things slip away and your changes turn to 0% instead of lets say 5-10% of the girl saying yes

Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to Russian Roulette.metroidfood
