I'm sure in the not so distance future much of what we learned in His-story, math, physics will be re-written. Many scientist are thinking this now but the governing officials see this as a threat to their establishment and years of research. We are always learning and discoving new ideas/life/ things everyday...and much of it is on our very own planet...which leads me to believe the more we know the more we don't know. "Subquantum kinetics" is putting a hurt on what we come to understand in mathmathics and physics (science). It's interesting to say the least. bnarmz

And the simplicity thing, it may be simple to understand Earth as flat, but trying to understand that, along with understanding all the theories that it contradicts is very complex. While if you think of the Earth as ~spherical those make much more sense, though a sphere is a bit more complex than a plane, it makes for the simpler theory.

There are people out there that believe the earth is 5000 years old, so it dosn't surprise me that some people believe it's flat.

OK 1 im an engineer, with a masters in astronautical engineering, who majored in both Physics and variose schools of math.

2 none of your points make any sense or are straw man arguments, so no point in debating them.
