[QUOTE="PrototypeTheKid"][QUOTE="Inconsistancy"] How is your theory more simple? How do you account for the gravity, the motion of the stars/sun, the seasons, ect.?Inconsistancy
I nevero nce stated that stuff doesn't exist, I stated simply that the earth is in fact hollow/flat and there's mountains of evidence to back this up.Mountains of evidence? I guess it depends on what you consider a mountain, a small pile of paper under a tin foil hat, or thousands upon thousands of peer reviewed, and replicated studies that it would directly contradict.
But let's have fun, start producing your "mountains of evidence".
And, the simplicity thing, it may be simple to understand Earth as flat, but trying to understand that, along with understanding all the theories that it contradicts is very complex. While if you think of the Earth as ~spherical, then those make much more sense, though a sphere is much more complex than a plane, it is the simpler theory.
Jeremiah 16:19: O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit. According to Jeremiah 16:19, the earth has ends. There is no way a spherical earth could have ends, and therefore the earth must be flat. The Book of Revelation tells a similar story: Revelation 7:1: And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. A spherical earth cannot have corners, it is scientifically impossible. The only logical explanation is that the earth is flat. Checkmate atheists! Isaiah 40:22: It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: What Isaiah actually describes here is as follows (note: this is a link to a video where a True Christian Scientist debunks a false Christian interpretation of this passage): http://www.lhup.edu/~dsimanek/flat/flateart.htm http://www.weatherandsky.com/Mirages/TorontoDay.jpg ^ Map of Toronto, notice, no curves
