no. We can eat meat from animals, and there is stuff that is grown. And about water.. we're not running out of water. There is the same amount of water on this earth right now that there was from the beginning of time.
Yes really cant run out seeing how we have systems like crops and live stock that can produce as much as we eat and regrow. That plus the amount of fish in the seas, and wild animals. It would be a very very long time until we are even close to worrying about running out of food.
Impossible. We'll never run out of food... given no global natural disasters happen. As long as there's too many people to feed, people will die of starvation, and that population control will mean the fed will stay fed and the hungry will die off. ^_^

well china & india could easily double their populations in 10-20 years
at this point we are not even remotely close to running out of food. when people mention overfishing, that typically (or always) means a certain species. don't disregard the potentially millions of other species that are food-fitting. we are gonna be ok. this is similar to the overpopulation argument.
