No, it's uncomfortable. It's just a joke. Sometimes I set my ankle on my knee to creat a table, but that is alsouncomfortable. I suppose if you want to prop something up you could cross your legs to create a riser or an elevation.

I can't even cross my legs. They are too broad. #1 it hurts my balls and #2 my leg slides off, I can't keep it in place. So I Guess the joke insinuates that men that cross their legs are girly-men, petitecandy-asses with no balls.

But it doesn't really mean anything, because men larger in stature have a tough time doing it because have a wide pelvis and long legsso their legs can't comfortabily crossnor stay in place. It wouild have to be forced. It's not a natural position for most men. It's more of position that is natural to the stature of a woman.
