Do you do most tasks/things faster or do you do it slowly?

i hate confusing or a slow approach to anything, i want to end every work faster.

That depends upon what I am doing. Typically speaking, fast enough to not sacrifice the quality of whatever I am doing. Sometimes that's slow, sometimes not so.

It really depends on how into the routine I am.

If it's something new and unfamiliar, I tend to take things slow. If I know what I'm doing, I'll go through things quickly, but carefully.
