No, but I do drink Kellogg's Special K Protein Shakes. I like the strawberry the best.

I can usually find it at around $3.00 for 14 fl oz.

Pretty expensive, but it contains 25g protein, for only 220 kcal, and it tastes like a banana milkshake. :P

LIES ensure dont cost 8 bucks for 4... What a major increase. i see it in the store when i walk in them BUT where i work i'm in charge of the invertory so i have acess to the REAL price

Well, unfortunately, yes I do, I have to drink around 3 a day plus regular meals. **** me and my hyperactive metabolism... :( But they're around 8 dollars for six here, and I agree, they are disgusting.Hellfire-1

i drank one at work they are already made up, we have no powder, Be a pain if we had to do it that way
