I think they taste pretty decent actually.

Not necessarily, they could help anyone who wants better nutrition and/or can't really eat solid foods. Kanye West's song Through the Wire even starts with "I drank a Boost for breakfast, an Ensure for dessert.."

No, unless you take the hyper-proteinic kind, but even then there's not so much proteins... It's a supplement for people with inadequate nutrition, not a muscle building protein supplement.

No, but I do drink Kellogg's Special K Protein Shakes. I like the strawberry the best.

I've been quite addicted to this lately ...

I can usually find it at around $3.00 for 14 fl oz.

Pretty expensive, but it contains 25g protein, for only 220 kcal, and it tastes like a banana milkshake. :P

Aren't they meal replacements? I wouldn't expect them to taste as good as actual food.

If it wasn't so darn expensive I'd drink it more often. I do fancy it though, especially the chocolate flavour.

No, I don't. I don't even think I've ever had one. I have no real desire to try one.

'cause it tastes identical to chocolate milk, I dont see any logic in saying "chocolate milk is awesome, ensure sucks" thats like saying ea redwood shore was a terrible dev and that visceral games improved dead space in many ways (VG is ERS with a new name)

I as well have to drink 3 per day though Chocolate doesn't taste like chocolate milk, it's a lot thicker and I do enjoy chocolate milk better than the chocolate flavour of Ensure. This is why I don't drink chocolate, I prefer butter pecan.
