I often find myself simmering through the day ,sometimes even with the little things but never really towards the point of getting violent. usually take the time to meditate a good deal and process what i'm feeling before doing something out of want when that happens

I think so. I'm pretty chill for the most part. Haven't been prone to letting my emotions drive my actions since my teen years.

Some things I bottle up and others I put up walls. Might not be the healthiest way to deal with shit, but it seems to work for me.

When I'm not playing video games, I think I'm pretty good at restraining myself. However, when I am playing a video game and I keep losing, I can get pretty angry; twisting controllers and swearing repeatedly.

I tend to be positive for the most part. I'm sure it drives some people a little crazy but I do my best to uplift others.

I'm not like...achingly cheerful, I'm not like that lady in Office Space answering the phones or whatever. I'm just, you know...positive.

Like someone walks in Monday morning and is like "Man, screw this place" and my response is to usually get them to focus on something good in their life. I'll ask them how their kid's soccer game went or if they saw any good shows or movies or did anything fun over the weekend.

With that said, I could probably be in touch with my emotions a bit more. I'm almost never angry, I can't remember the last time I had an outburst.

hmm, Lately I tend to feel the slightest hint of guilt when playing a game nowadays ...sometimes as though it would be better to devote that time to something else. Is what you're playing competitive?

I work out.

Got a home gym, instead of wasting my money on a graphics card, I bought a home gym!

No, not really. My swearing doesn't depend on what I'm playing. It's my own fault; I lack self-control.

I find someone who's an easy target and pick on them to make myself feel big.

It works.

That in itself is a good investment over a graphics card and plus you don't have to pay monthly membership to reap the benefits. Do you have all the equipment you need?

Customer support lines have helped me a lot. They're paid to listen to your problems.

Failing that, I've got an abandoned quarry I can always go to for a scream.

I'm in management so I have to maintain my emotions throughout the day. Plus, I spent a lot of time with my Dad growing up and he taught me the value of stoicism so Maintaining my emotions was something became easy since It was instilled in me before adulthood.

Maybe not so much. I'm not angry all the time, but when I am, it's usually pretty ugly. I'm not proud of it.

I think so. I'm pretty laid back for the most part, generally very patient as well which helps tremendously.

With the turning of the new era, I had to learn to exchange my negativity for positivity around some grouchy people. Sometimes when things are out of my hand, I have to let them go because I did my very best for whoever, whenever. I would use various means such as scented oils, candles, drinks after work, better food other days and exercise more. Sitting it out was bad for me in the past because feelings unanswered lingered until I cast it out to not let stress back. Plus I can be more social when I'm required to remembering I've got a treat at home.

I understand what you mean about grouchy people ,deal with them at work ...some of them have a aura that make you sense that your life force is being sucked out even from not from interacting with them.sometimes it makes me wonder what made their day bad.

Ya the whole thing about what they say about "toxic people" is very true.

I try to uplift them, but don't stress over it.

For example, a coworker found out one of the managers was sent to Florida for a conference. He get's all upset "Oh that must be nice! Get's to go on vacation for work" so my response was "Well, he is working and probably at boring meetings all day. Plus, you know, it's their job" and then he grumbles and then I say "Oh wow aren't you going to Disneyland next week? You must be looking forward to that" and that got him out of his funk.

It's hard playing the work therapist but for some reason it falls to me lol. Guess I have one of those faces.

I do! :)

Weights, band, multigym, dumbells, bench and barbell.

I have a 1070, but I never really saw a need to upgrade. Some people (two) on the System Wars board get upset with me because I use an old graphics card.

I used to have issues managing my anger, but the gym solved that issue :)

Most of the time, I'm fairly stoic. So I'd say yes, for the most part... But not always.
