Do you ever feel like you're wasting your life?

I do pretty much all the time.

But specifically, I just took a look at my GS stats. Holy crap!

I have been on GS for a little under a year, and here's how things look:

Total posts: 2088
Total messages read: 84696

Look at your post count, and then think about how much of your life you wasted. It's sad. Even if I only spent 20 seconds to read every message, I've still spent over 470 hours on gamespot just reading messages alone. That adds up to nearly 3 weeks straight! Then I've spent about another 170 hours writing posts.

My friendalso says my post-to-messages-read ratio is ridiculously high. I basically respond to anything I read.

I have spent over 7% of this year on the Gamespot forums. I guess that isrelatively small, compared to the 33% I spent sleeping.

I'm not necessarily saying it's a bad thing. I'm not going to stop any time soon. Just pointing it out :P.

At least I'm having fun. -_-

Oh snap. Yeah, I guess my life isn't going to be worth anything in the end, so I should just do whatever makes me happy, so I'll sit right here =). I don't know anything else.

Yeah... I don't spend as much time as I used to on forums, but I remember when I would calculate everything, and I would be kind of sad. But it makes me happy. It is fun to communicate with other people. I think being here is a good thing, since you can meet new people. It is at least better than playing video games.

It doesn't matter if people say that I waste too much of my time on GameSpot. Why should I care what they think? And why should they even care? It is none of their buisness how I spend my time, and I don't spend that much time on GameSpot. I still do a lot of other things. GameSpot is a lot of fun, and that's why I am on here a lot. If someone has a problem with that, then screw them.

I'm a little pissed off that I waited almost a year before I went for my learners permit. Had I not waited, I could have been driving on my own by now.
Makes it even worse that 1 kid at my school has his drivers license and owns his own car.

I have 11,000 posts since April2003 on another website. Big whoop. I'm starting up music gigs with a friend, I've been in a great relationship for five years, and we're on our own, even thinking about buying a house sometime in the years to come.

Am I suppose to be doing more with my life? lol
