It happen to me again yesterday I was reading a text message on my phone and had my computer on and all of sudden it hit my like a ton of bricks that feeling that this happen before down to every detail it's so bizarre.

Yeah. I think it just the brain lagging in reporting visual/audio data it sees/hears to you conscious mind (i.e. instead of giving instant response, it stores it to your memory first) , so you feel like you experienced the thing before, while in reality it's just your brain fucking with you by notifying you about it from your memory (even if it's a fraction of a second old) instead of real-time.
Yes, just the other day. Makes me humor simulation theoryor parallel universes, maybe deja vu is a glitch or temporary connecting of universes.
Or something. Yeah. 🤔
I kinda hope the simulation theory is real that means pretty much anything is possible also parallel universes is fascinating as well. Just imagining there's multiple versions of you that made different life choices it would be amazing and scary. Maybe there will be tech in the future where we can watch different versions of ourselves from parallel universes.
I have had de ja vu sickness a number of times before. It feels terrible but luckily the episodes usually disappear after a few days and it only happens every few years for me.
