I try to go for walks a lot of the time. I walk to a lot of stores as of now. It feels great.

Not daily, but 5 or 6 times per week. It's the only way I can keep my eating and drinking on the weekends in check. 🤣

Yes. I commute via bike so I have no choice in the matter.

On weekends I feel bad if I dont exercise, so I exercise there as well.

@Maroxad: I used to have many good bikes. Maybe I should buy another one.

30 minutes of exercise on the bike. If it was cooler I would walk for an hour at the park.

Yeah, almost everyday. But at least one day I do almost absolutely nothing at all. But some of the non exercise days have surfing or snorkeling, which are an exercise in a way.

Yes, I love exercising. Everyday and twice a day during the weekends.

Nope, that's my next big project for myself though. Dropped the weight, now I need to build the muscle back.

No cardio though. So boring 😋

@mrbojangles25: Have you tried a Cycling class? That's a great cardio that never feels boring.

I lift weights 4-6 days a week. My job is very physical so I get lots of cardio every day just from that. I’m in really good shape, I notice most of the people I went to high school with are overweight and aging fast and fortunately I’ve avoided that from my healthy lifestyle.

I work a job that on a caloric output level is like exercise, but it's not proper exercise. If anything it's killing my body.

I try to. Some days I have no energy, take it as a rest day.

Don't do it right off the bat but try to make it to use of the free time I have during the afternoon ... it doesn't really matter what time really ...as long as I'm bored

No shame in having rest days.

I would like to get in some activity each day. If only walking. Saturdays though. Lazy day.

I just bought an exercise set :) Done a lot of cardio but resistance training is sorely lacking. Ideally I will now start doing both.

Every day I dedicate 1 hour to exercise.
