Literally working out every single day is a very very bad idea. If you don't give your body at least one day off per week, it wont have any time to recover and you will see very little progress.
I work out at least 5 times per week.
yeah that's true I've been working 3 days per week, weight lifting next day off and repeat.Literally working out every single day is a very very bad idea. If you don't give your body at least one day off per week, it wont have any time to recover and you will see very little progress.

I've been aiming for 5 days a week lately. Mostly a mix of cardio and upper & lower body workouts. Right now, my schedule gives me time before noon to work out, and I've been enjoying the extra energy it gives me for the day.
EA Active has been a great motivator (and the work outs are actually pretty difficult, unlike Wii Fit).
I'll do sit-ups after every day,and if weather permits, I'll go outside and run around and shoot some hoops.
0 times a week. I'm going to start doing some workouts every other day now. I dont eat a lot anymore, so hopefully it'll burn the fat of more quickly.
i'm active so i get a lot of walking in general in every single day, however i go through sperts of times where i want to work out a lot and i work out a few hours a day every day for like a week then i don't work out at all the next week at all
depends on my mood, if i'm having a really good week i usually don't work out at all, however, if i'm super stressed of pissy i work out a lot just to get it out
