Yes, I do. I love to run, at least an hour many days during the week. I also do some ab stuff to tone my stomach...
And I also do butt exercises sometimes:oops:
Not too much, I usually walk a bit and do 250 sit-ups or sonickmag

but I don't eat healthily or do pull-ups and running and all that jazz.. it kind of evens it out :POoh yeah, I exercise frequently. I do exercises for my thighs, push-ups, sit-ups, and a lot of cardio (walking,running). I do lift weights a lot. But not everyday.
I also eat healthy. I mostly stay away from fatty foods. I always read the labels of anything I eat. I'm a vegetarian, don't drink pop, primarily water with about 1 glass of juice/milk a day.
I guess I was blessed with a lot of self-control.
