About 3-4 times a week. Sometimes an hour sometimes two... alll depends on my school schedule, projects and exams and stuff

Yes, I do. I love to run, at least an hour many days during the week. I also do some ab stuff to tone my stomach...

And I also do butt exercises sometimes:oops:

but I don't eat healthily or do pull-ups and running and all that jazz.. it kind of evens it out :P

Ooh yeah, I exercise frequently. I do exercises for my thighs, push-ups, sit-ups, and a lot of cardio (walking,running). I do lift weights a lot. But not everyday.

I also eat healthy. I mostly stay away from fatty foods. I always read the labels of anything I eat. I'm a vegetarian, don't drink pop, primarily water with about 1 glass of juice/milk a day.

I guess I was blessed with a lot of self-control.

I walk 5 miles a day.
Problem is in 30 days I was 150 miles from home.  :lol:

I only do crunches. Around 100-150 a day. Other than that, no. I really should though.

no I'm too lazy to go to soccer practice..have been since like half a year at least...and I only do sports like twice a weep (outside of school)...i should probably do more

I voted no, because I really dont really do it hardcore or whatever. Well actually, I would have to go with yes because I do sittups every morning and before bed. I have a little definition in my stomach right now, but I just want to get that last ounce of fat off or whatever for summer.

Yeah, I go to the gym 1-3 times a week. It matters how busy I am. If I don't have enough time to go then I do crunches and push ups.
