I don't try at all, take the hardest classes, procrastinate worse than anyone I know, and yet I have the highest gpa in my c|ass. I have never understood how people can fail a class unless they actually have a mental deficiency. It is not difficult, by any stretch of the imagination, to get straight A's if you are in general ed courses.
All A's and B's though one year I had a teacher who just hated me and I barely passed English with a D, such bull****.
eh, problably about 10 or so classes I failed in college. Got all A's in my major classes, and micro, bio, and chem though! Proud of that.
I think that my high school failed me. I wasn't challenged, or pushed enough to do better.
Actually, that might have been the case for college as well.
[QUOTE="derekjeter2005"]I've never failed a subject. Have always gotten straight A's with a couple of high B's mixed in. People who fail generally think a social life is more important than academics so they'd rather go with their friends to the mall or go to a party on Saturday night instead of studying for their exams. mikegtfcIgnorant sweeping generalization is ignorant.

i had perfect attendance in high school, performed incredibly well on any written exams and homework, but failed miserably at scantron tests. End result: a high C-average (2.86 GPA)
I do really good, but I was at 30% in french once and I only passed because my dad speaks french and I got him to correct the last 2 projects for me

You guys mad?I just finished my first semester of Grade 12 with an 88% avg. I'm not winning awards, but I only put forth a minimal effort. The kids who win awards put school first, always doing homework before anything else, and studying all the time. I could probably win awards, but I would rather NOT be studying etc. Ive never failed anything...ever. I might cry if I failed something. When I am saying how disapointed I am with a 70% on a test, someone always says "You're disapointed with a 70?" then they proceed to think I am a cock for being smarter than them, wait, let me rephrase that, I just have higher expectations than them. The people who comment also say things like "How do I only have a 47%?" and then get mad at the teacher enrage me. Its because you are always jacking around, it is 100% your fault. Some peoples kids...

You guys mad?So far In my entire life of being school, I have never received an F. The lowest I have ever gotten is a C-
I've gotten 1 F last year. I'm retaking the class now to replace that F with a better grade to boost my GPA.
Otherwise I;ve gotten mostly A's and B's, some C's, and a few D's through the years.
