I think if we don't waste so much food and give theseto people who starve to death, the worldwould be better.

I would also send it to the starving.

I wish there was a way to give leftovers to those who need food. I hate leftovers.

charity that does not address the reason why it is needed often does more harm than good in the long run, the exceptions are to those who are not of able body or mind.

a lot of that food would be wasted regardless. You cant magically transport spoilable/perishable items to all corners of the earth. Just because you didnt finish that slice of pizza doesnt mean it could have been flown to somalia.

No. Some people have to starve so that I can have more than I need. It works for me.

I only waste food if I don't like it or there's too much, in which case I offer it to other people in the family. The charity aspect does not factor into it at all, that stuff's not getting donated to anyone regardless of whether or not I eat it.

1. Africa is already suffering food problems, mostly in the from of rice, and rice shortages effect everyone, and the costs to take already cooked food safely, for a long period of time, is not cheap, and than to reheat the food, in a place that only has a fire place. also THERE IS 7 Billion people on the planet, that is already causing problems, and as the number rising, world wide food problems will only get worse, infact, with how bad things are getting here, almost every year, funds to help the poor and homeless gets worse. and we are slowly starting to have fights against each other 99% vs 1%, it isn't going away soon, and will probably get worse, and also, disasters, are getting worse thus more funds needs to go and help those people.

I do not believe, people should suffer there whole life, its not healthy, poor areas need smaller numbers so they can have better chances of suriving, and building a better life for the young people to live in.

Foods and anything that breaks down, is composted. and it does feed animals, if you don't know how to properly get rid of foods. and composting doesn't take up space, and lots of people here, use food wastes, in there gardens, also animals, may include rodents, and smaller life forms

I try never to waste any food. I eat almost all of my leftovers for this reason. Something that I do that is bad is if I have about 25% or less on my plate/bowl, I'll force myself to try and finish because I don't want to waste, yet a few bite fulls of food are not enough to save. Needless to say, it leads to a lot of miserable fullness, lol.

Believe me, any food you waste as an individual is insignificant compared to the amount discarded by companies and stores. Working yourself up over it is beyond pointless.
