I eat like a plum or a plate of grapes most of the nights. Don't know how many servings that is, probably one.
Nope, but I eat Total cereal, Powerbars and take mult-vitamins, so it's pretty much alright. I don't buy it when people say if you don't get it from the real food then it doesn't work.
I just try to eat as healthy as reasonably possible without making myself suffer. I get plenty of exercise so I'm not too worried about it.
