On average, how long are you outside each day?

I'm outside at least 2 hours a day.

I spend at least an hour outside every day when I take my dog to the park to toss the ball. At the moment I'm only working three days per week. On my off days I usually spend up to 5 hours in a local park hiking and fishing with my dog. Life is good, and nature is awesome. Sit on a rock in the forest, close your eyes and listen. If you don't feel an ancient connection then you're not listening hard enough.

Okay, that was unusually "squishy" for me, but I had an amazing hike last Sunday.
