yes it is, my brother adn my sister are 19 and 18 and they STILL eat their boogers so i grew up with thinking it was alright, no one ever caught me until this week....i'm pissed off becaues it wasn't even my fault, i thought it was okay. they aren't bad tasting either.....

They may be high in protein but it is not recommended seeing as how they are the thing absorbing all the toxins from the air in which you breathe in.
