I have been sleeping less. I have been going to sleep later and waking up before my alarm goes off.lycrof
Same here and I'm like, WTF. Why do I have the alarm if I always wake up before it and turn it off?
I'm always tired now.. 1/2 asleep at work.
2 things that help me... when i get in bet i turn on my mp3 player and listen to music as im falling asleep...(relaxing music that is)
Another thing that helps is putting a fan on.. even if im cold ill put a fan on.. just the feeling of the breeze across my face is so relaxing.. makes me feel like im outside laying down in the grass or at the beach.. sounds dumb but it just relaxes me more
My sleep patterns have been messed up ever since I started college four years ago. I just sleep randomly when I'm at home.vgm007
Same here. I usually get home at around 2 and sleep till 6 or sometimes later. Then I am never tired enough at night so I just go to sleep at random times and get a few more hours then I am dead at school.
My back is starting to kind of ache when I lie down to sleep, then eventually I fall asleep, anything I can do to prevent that?Solid_Snake325
do you have bad posture? there is a nerve in your back (or a vain, or a capillary, whatever), and if you have band posture, when you stand up straght, your spine puts pressure on the nerve and stops blood flow, making you tired. look into that.

Only when I play my games past 10:00. For some reason a million different scencrios play out in my head.Wilfred_Owen
I get at best 4 hours a night. Having twin girls (10 months) doesn't help, but I run a packaging company and always have ideas or worries at the oddest hours, plus worring about everything else in the world. Price you pay for a type A personality I guess.
Excersize in the day a few hours before you go to sleep. If you work out enough you should easily fall asleep at night.-Renegade
Usually in school I exercise in P.E. and at lunch. When I get home I am really tired at around 4:00. If I fall asleep I wake up like at 6:00 and I can't fall asleep past 12. If I don't fall asleep I usually fall asleep at 11. When I go to bed at 10...
Yes, almost every single night I have a nightmare - it's extremely rare if I don't have a nightmare_Marisa_I don't have nightmares but i wake up at least 15 times a day, and everytime when i first open my eyes i see someone or something move. It only lasts like 1/2 a second but it's certainly an unnerving 1/2 a sec.

I do the same exact thing to fall asleep.
Lately, but only cause of my 1 yr old. Other times would only be when I wasn't working or doing much to tire myself out
Yes, constantly. I have pretty much given up on trying to go to bed early with hopes of falling asleep, because I've found that doing that is just a total waste of time. I lie there for hours, not doing anything. I don't even really try anymore. I just go to bed when I feel that it's time...and that's usually sometime after 2 in the morning.t3hrubikscube
You probably always sleep in. You have to reset your biological clock by waking up early. you are then tired the following night and you will fall asleep.
Well of course! I can't get myself to sleep, whenever I go to bed, I see this clown looking at me from the dark...
