Every day, if for some reason I can't go to the gym I make sure I get some sort of exercise

yeah I do a bit here and there most days, pushups, situps, weights, dont go to the gym enymore because of a stupid law, children use the changing rooms and apparently if your over 18 your a pedo, so they only let you in the gym at awkward times, not whenever you want, so I stopped going.. pathetic

I goto the gym almost everyday during the schoolyear, but this summer I've just been doing some lifting with dumbbells at home, an ab workout, calf raises, pushups, and dips at home... and trying to play basketball a lot.

Yep. I play ice hockey, do sit-ups/push-ups, etc. at home on off-days, play tennis w/ girlfriend, jog. Also walk a lot, like a few miles every day.

I try to work out once a daymaster_tensa
i work out everyday for 2 hours. 1 hour at home doing a variety of exercises with weights and my bowflex and another hour at karate. The only days I don't work out are on Saturday and Sunday because i consider that my relaxing time:P actually I'm taking a five minute break from working out right now:P what kind of work out do you do? btw doesn't working out make you feel less tired, i feel more sluggish if i don't work out

I don't go to a gym or anything, but yeah, I exercise. I usually just go for walks, bike rides in all seasons but winter, and I'll play DDR sometimes too.

Yeah, WO makes you feel less tired, it ain't reccommended to WO 2 hours before you go to sleep. Trust me, before I read this I already knew it was true. And I agree if I don't workout in a 24 hour period I get really depressed even though I am cool.

I alternate between non areobic exercises each day which is upper body and lower body. Today is a lower body day. And I do areboic exercises each day usually running at least 12 miles on a steep incline hill.

2 or 3 times a week actually, some things were high on my blood test, it's a good rush and helps with depression.

Yes, at least an hour a day, but i will only work out when i dont have anything that day. i have soccer: monday, wednesday, friday, saturday and sometimes sunday. so when i dont have soccer i usually work out. Mostly in the morning, i usually do push-ups, sit-ups, benchpress, dumbells, Calf raises, thighs, and i run a lot.:D

i take my dog for a ten minute run everyday. Im 5'5 and only 95 pounds so i'm pretty skinny anyway. also i'm active in track at school and baseball in the summer (yep no football for skinny boy) once school starts again i'll probably knock up my run route to twenty minutes. i also ski in winter for a week and i go swimming almost every day too

No, I never do because I hardly eat anything. If I exercise for an hour on the amount of food I eat daily, I'm completely drained for the rest of the day and can't do anything worth doing.

try to work out 5 times a week and hit the gym at least 1 of those days. other 4 i work out at home. once schools start and i have fitness class ill be working out everyday.

I run 3 or 4 times a week (it'll be bumped up to every day when cross country starts in a couple weeks) and do crunches/pushups on the other days. I lift dumbbells once or twice per week but I don't really like to.
