i love reddit. i got lots of free pizza and other cool freebies from that place. i did get scammed out of $800 on reddit, but i aint even mad
I don't. I don't understand what all the fuzz is about, to me it seems like a bare bones forum, but what do I know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I subscribed (don't know if that's how it is called) to a subforum (I guess) but one of the functionalities was broken and it continuously sent me to the Italian version of the forum. Piece of crap.
I used to use FFXIV, WoW and Gaymer Reddit, but I got so tired of the hivemind mentality that Reddit sections cultivate with that voting system. Either you conform to the group think or you get censored with downvotes and attacked by the community. And the mods typically allow the harassment and bullying to go on or encourage it while censoring anything they don't like. I've seen the WoW mods exclude homophobes from their subs Code of Conduct because they made a post they liked, so instead of taking action against them for breaking the rules they took action against people calling them out on it and banning them or removing their comments and posts. The Gaymer section wasn't as bad with that, it was just overloaded with people advertising their Twitch/YouTube streams and channels trying to pander to our sexuality to make ad money off us or increase their internet fame. I've read that many other Reddit subs are just as bad as the few I have used in the past, so unless you are willing to turn off your brain and allow yourself to be absorbed into a hivemind I don't recommend any Reddit sub. That site is in desperate need of change.

Ey, whatsa matta for you?
lol
The front page is normally the same predictable stuff, and I don't think I've ever seen a subreddit that wasn't just a circle jerk.
When I'm doing school work I go to a forum that relates to my subject. It's rather helpful.
The funny memes and stuff just aren't my thing. PCMasterRace seems like a forum people repeat advice or have no idea what they're doing. Bunch of noobs.
Yeah I do. What sub reddits you should visit depends on what you want. I'd recommend askreddit, some threads are just pure gold. If you want something funny, stuff like old people facebook or black people twitter is pretty funny. I like cringepics as well. tales from tech support/ tales from retail are also pretty good. You can check out the top subreddits here.
Used to post in some subreddits, now I just browse occasionally. I like the overall site less each year.
