Yep. I always remember the reason he left. Weren't you a part of that?
Vaguely.
Was he a victim of the April Fool's Day Massacre? A lot of the good, older users were burned by that.

No. Some childish users made him a target of their insecurities. Thankfully they are mostly gone now.
I definitely remember the name. Can't say that I remember much beyond that though.
Thing with pseudonyms though, is they are easily changed. Hopefully the OP will elaborate, it is all rather intriguing to me.
I gave you the damn answer above. What is their to elaborate on?
Which reminds me that we should play pandemic board game sometimes.
Not to be confused with the game pandemic where you want to infect.
Think they made amends with topsmeg iirc
And? I was talking about why he left. Not what happened after he left. Not like we knew each other outside here so we wouldn't have kept in touch.
Pretty horrid that a member felt compelled to leave, which sounds like being tantamount to bullying.
Oh that happened here frequently. Keyboard warriors and all.....

Indeed. Most of them would probably start laying eggs in a real world situation.

Read rules to see if anyone is interested in playing this here
Don't know who thought it was a good idea to remove rules and allow trash like OT after hours
Some of the same users that liked to attack other users. Seems they couldn't take it directed towards themselves. LOL

Ironic how it pretty much ruined the site
The fun of navigating the ToU while also trying to subtly insult the person you were arguing with
Nostalgic
Yes, I remember him, I also remember his avatar, the last one I noticed he head seemed to be some skeleton-like guy or something like that. I don't remember much about him or his posting styles, but if there's one thing I do faintly remember, is I could have sworn he was a user that really liked the old strict rules (Pre-2012) and was highly against the new less strict rule changes.
To this day while I'm still more of a fan of less strict rules, I gotta admit the rule changes taking place late 2011 - early 2012, did open up some grimy doors and proved to have some faults.
What a lot of internet users seem to neglect, is the idea that if one insulted someone, would they say that to that persons face. 99.9% sure they would not. A bit of fair natured banter fair enough. But outwardly insulting langauge, whether that be family, personal or racial, is just cowardice IMHO.
