Do you hate being alone/lonely?

do you hate being alone/lonely? whether at the movies when you invited by one of your friends and he brings his only friends and you dont know them and you only know him, or whether its ats school, or going outside. do you hate it? whats your scenario.

no i love it, but im looking at from the perspective that i have a gf, job full of interaction friends at the weekend etc so just getting 1 night (like tonight) where you get it all to yourself is bliss (well it would of been if we hadn't lost 4-0 to ze germans)

If I'm with my friend that has his/her friends at the time also, then that would mean making new friends for me...

I'm so used to it that it doesn't affect me anymore. In fact, I hate being around people, especially lots of them.

I don't mind being alongside acquaintances, but if it's strangers we're talking about, I rather be alone.

No, as a matter of fact I enjoy my solitary nature at times. I dont mind being social at times, but the majority of my school time I'm always on my own, wandering around or chit chatting with some people I know, then setting off again. Another reason why I'm so solitary is because I dislike teenagers.

Lonliness is something no one enjoys.

Solitude on the other hand, is nice once in a while.

I don't think that being alone is the same as being lonely. You can be lonely anytime, anywhere, with anyone. Sometimes I really love being alone. I'm a quiet, introverted person and I value my alone time. I do value my time with my friends and family too, but there's a certain amount of time that I need to just be alone.t3hrubikscube

I perfer being alone but I do hate the feeling of loneliness.

I quite appreciate time on my own to be honest, I don't think I could stand being around most people I know IRL for more than 4 hours.

I don't like being lonely, but I don't mind being alone, let's me get more reading done.

I like being alone, but I like being with others more. Each situation offers opportunities you don't get in the other, so it's nice to have time for both.

Sometimes i like to be hangin out with my friends and doin stuff but sometimes i also just like to be alone.

i dont mind meeting friends of friends. if my friends like them, then there is usually something likable or amusing about that person. but at the same time, i need a good chunk of time for personal space.

Agreed. I definitely don't hate being alone. In fact, I couldn't imagine spending all of my time in the company of other people. Being lonely isn't a good feeling though.
