I've never really had too much of a problem with Gamestop because I personally only buy new games from them and never trade in any games. I believe their trade-in, used games, and display copy policies are shady though. I'm fortunate that the employees at my local GS stores aren't entirely incompetent and know what they're doing. They take my reserve/give me my game and I'm usually out the door in less than 5 minutes. The only time I was really mad at the company was during the launch of the Street Fighter IV Tournament Edition Fight Sticks. It was the classic high demand and low supply situation, but GS handled the situation terribly. Online orders were completed in advance of prior in-store orders, and international orders were completed before stores even recieved their shipment. I remember this lucky guy in Australia received his stick before my store in the Bay Area got its shipment of sticks. Unfortunately for me, they only got 360 sticks while I ordered a PS3 stick. I had to wait a good 5 or 6 weeks for my stick to finally come in lol.
