If you have a job and think your boss is an a-hole or just plain stupid. Please respond to this thread and vent!

I for one think my boss has no idea which employees are worth it and which ones are a waste of space. I do more work then anybody in my division and I get crap for it. You know why because I am not a very likable person. I come to work I do my job and I leave. Is that so wrong of me?

I'd like to say I hate my boss, but I don't think I can...it's a bit mean. He is good hearted, but so utterly useless and annoying.

Yes, you should be sucking up to your boss constantly, by not doing so you are being very disrespectful lol.

But in all honesty, most bosses are morons, mine isnt though...but my Mum is my boss at work so I get special treatment :P lol.

yeah thats exactly whats going on at my work. Everyone always pulls out their corny bag of tricks and says to me, "having fun yet?" What are you supposed to say to that?? I just go to work, do my job, and leave. I am not their to make friends, but if I do, so be it.

Well, I did, but the squads in my platoon got switched around, so life is good now. Now, 5 different ppl get to put up with the BS of my old sergeant :lol:

I had a boss who lied about the work truck I was driving got stolen (left the keys under the mat for my co-worker to park because he was getting off half hour later then me and I just finished a 60 hour work week and wanted to go home)...he said if I was going to pull crap like this that I should just go back to my old job I had. He then said f you and hung up. I thought I was fired. I tried to collect unemployment but the a-hole wouldn't let because he said I quit!

well, I don't have a job currently as I'm a hard-working student, but back when I had a job, I actually liked my boss. It was the other managers that I absolutely hated to death. They treated me like I was a reckless teenager when in honest reality, besides my friend Mike who also worked there, I was probably the smartest most mature person there. One of the reasons why I quit.

I don't hate my boss.... probably because i don't have one. I decided to quit my job a year or so ago and now im unemployed (it was only weekends) but now i have the most important (allegedly) exams of my life fast approaching, i think its better to try to focus on them.

Well, I have two. I love one because she's hardly like a boss, she's more like a co-worker or a friend, but I don't like the other one because he's been trying to get me fired since day one, and it's ridiculous because he's never worked with me. He doesn't know what I'm truly like. He only knows what he hears or chooses to watch on the security cameras from the days I've worked, and I don't think that's an honest assessment since he never works with me, so he doesn't get to hear me and really see what I do.

no my boss is the best, he never gets mad, and is real laid back, so if you mess up, he just like whatever. but hes leaving and we're getting a corporate guy:cry:

I get along with my 'boss' great. There's no line in between us seperating us just because technically he's above me. It's a rather nice atmosphere where I work.
