Do You Have A Good Relationship With Your Parents?

I sorta do, me and my mom get along fairly well, but me and my dad argue alot :(

I recently got to know my dad, about 4-5 years ago and he's awesome and we have a great relationship.

My mother let her new husband kick me out of our house, so I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire.

i'd like to think i do.. :P..

I have good relationship with my mum me and my dad dont have much in common but we get along

Better than it used to be... I guess I'm quite happy with the parents I have.

Relationship ~

1.a connection, association, or involvement.

We are connected in the sense, that i am their daughter, and they are my parents. That´s where the association or any connotation to involvement ends.

2.connection between persons by blood or marriage.

We are connected by blood. That´s a relation.

3.an emotional or other connection between people: the relationship between teachers and students.

We have an emotional connection, but what their thoughts are on me, i do not know, so the emotions are probably not shared.

I do not know if this is a good relationship or a bad relationship, as this is more the lack of any real relationship.

Yes, I do. We argue sometimes, but who doesn't?

My mom is a little bit more snappy so I argue with her a little bit more often but I tend to avoid that

It's not a black and white situation. I'm very close with my mom, but my dad and I don't see eye to eye. I don't like him very much, and I'm pretty sure he feels the same.

No, and it steadily gets worse.

Up until I was 17 I barely knew my father and loved my mother to death though. She was always my 'favorite' up until she decided to treat me like a worthless piece of garbage.

My father died when I was 6, but me and my mother have an excellent relationship built upon mutual respect

Yah we do. Before college, there was quite a bit of arguing but after I went up for the year everything got better. Now there are very few arguments. hockey73
