Strange question, but I think I have very few real friends. Many people seem to use me as a tool, or just try to get me to do or say something stupid. I only have maybe a couple of real friends, but even then they tend to spread rumors about me. So it's safe to say that I don't.

No but i like it that way. I already have too many friendly acqaintances. Lucjly i only meet them at school.

Real friends like from childhood? Yep. I can count on them sparing a room and food for my family and me should we drop in and vice versa.

you mean real real friends? who are prepared to sacrifice their lives for me? i cant think of more than 2 out of the 4 only friends i have , seriously i have hard time making friends (problems trusting people)

More than enough, even though I don't see them that often at the moment (beginning of summer holidays so everyones going on holiday at the moment, and I finished university about 2 months before everyone else) I'd hate to have no real friends. I'm fine being alone in my own house but going out and about is so much more fun with other people.

REAL friends are a treasure that are hard to come by. I've got a few people I could confide in. I'd say I have about 5 or 6.

Not really. I was homeschooled so I never really got the chance to make friends. And we moved around every 8 months, so the few friends I did make were always lost. Suddenly, the Internet. Problem solved.

This ^ and I probably wouldn't have it any other way. Other than the acquaintances thing. But I personally think everyone just has a few close friends. If you had a lot, and tried to spend equal time with them, I'm not sure they'd be considered close friends.

I am blessed to have about 6 genuine real friends. The type of friends who, if they want to see me and I'm busy, I have no problem whatsoever making time for them instead.

I'm in a really strange position. I have a lot of people I talk to, go to parties with and know, but I rarely hang out with anyone. We fool around when we're working and are pretty close, but because of the distance between where we live, we usually only get together when there's a party or some event worth travelling the distance for (football game etc.)
