Many many many regrets. Life would be so much better had i made a certain decision differently in my childhood

My biggest regret is becoming an alcoholic. Almost ruined my life. I have become unhealthy and overweight. Currently I'm on a low carb diet, I do a 1 hour Yoga workout every morning. Hoping to lose weight.

My second biggest regret is losing my best friend because of alcohol.
