Im going to get mine done and I just wanted to ask some questions. Did you get it done with a gun or needle? Did it get infected? How much did you pay? Did you get it done at a tattoo parlor or somewhere in mall? I am getting mine done with a needle but it costs $35 while getting it done with a gun is free except you pay for price of earring. Im not gonna get it done with a gun to save money. Im not cheap. I just want to know if $35 is too much.

i heard the gun method hurts less. its really fast soo you dont know when theyre going to do it, until its too late, im not saying there isnt going to be pain at all, oh there will be, but im saying you might want to go with the method that insures the fastest results. :) good luck! :D

Yeah but fast isnt always good. Ive read that the gun can shatter your cartliage and it isnt very sanitary. Rubbing alcohol can't completly sterilize the gun. Ive seen people get it done with a needle and it dosent take much longer than with a gun.

I had mine done with a gun. It hurt like H-E-double hockey sticks afterwards because that is the ear that I sleep on. I did get an infection, only because I switched out the earring almost right away (who wants to wear that ugly stuff they sell you there?), and it was not sterilized very well. My fault. I wouldn't recommend the needle, I had that done elsewhere, and that was the worst.

[QUOTE="rosesforever89"] Im not a guy but sometimes guys with earrings are hot.

It's never the earings that make them hawt. It's the hawt that makes them hawt. The earings just confuse people as to which team he plays for. ;)

I got my earlobe pierced with a gun about two weeks ago.I have two piercing on my left ear,and i have to say it didnt really hurt all that much.Just some pressure and a faint sting is all.

I heard you should get cartilage pierced with a needle though. When these heal,i might get my cartilage done, not sure, anyway i had no problem with pain after that.I just disinfect it and i can totally sleep sound on any ear.

I got mine on both sides done years ago and it didn't hurt at all. I got it with the gun and it was done at Wal-Mart xD

So it wasn't all that pricey I'm sure.
