The only times I have trouble sleeping are when I dink too much pop with caffeine in it or have something important the next day like first day of semester, job interview, etc.

Only in the summer, it's so hot at night it drives me crazy.

this is one of the main reasons why i prefer winter over summer. it feels sooo good to jump into a nice warm comfortable bed on a cold nite and get all snuggled up, especially if you have a partner to snuggle up to...so much easier to fall asleep and you tend to sleep longer too....well i do..idk if anyone else does
Yes. I sleep very little. It is like my body fights sleeping. I can't make myself fall asleep, and when I finally do I always wake up after only 2-4 hours and can't fall asleep again. But it has been this way since I was little.
I spent two nights in a lab being observed while they tried to figure out why I couldn't sleep once when I was 12. For some reason most sleeping medications have no effect on me (well at least not the intended sleeping effect. They did make me a bit loopy at times.)
YES /sigh. Everytime I lie down for bed my mind just races, I end up thinking about alot of different things and start stressing out. Takes me an hour + always to fall asleep. The only time I can sleep right away is if i'm on 4 hours or less of sleep from the night before; then the exhaustion just takes over.
Yes! I be laying there just thinking about stuff for an hour or two or three......."I need to stop thinking, so I can sleep" I say inside my head....I figured out ways to deal with this, like try picturing something and focusing on it....you'll eventually fall alseep...don't picture something scary to you though, you might dream about it. Smoking a bowl always works too and requires no sleep exercises
Yes... Although I don't think I need as much sleep as a lot of people, sometimes it gets ridiculous and I'm awake at 4:00 in the morning, wide awake. Doesn't happen too often though, usually fall asleep around 2:00...
Same here. Can't wait for summer to end again.Only in the summer, it's so hot at night it drives me crazy.

Indeed I often find it hard to sleep for very long due to a handful of problems with my body that causes me quite a bit of pain making me perpetually restless and just pecking out some hours here or there.
When I'm high in love, those are the hardest days to sleep since reality is better than dreams at those moments.
If I've had lots of alcohol before sleeping it gives me trouble, despite how most people tend to think that alcohol is a depressant (which it can be), for some it acts as a stimulant. If I drink about 3 pints within a 5 hour period before sleeping, I feel my heart going "Thump, thump, thump" and my mind won't settle. I pick up on all little sounds and it takes a lot to get to sleep, sometimes it's not worth bothering to try, and I get back up, drink water and stay up for another hour.
Yes and it sucks horribly. I remember when I was in my teens and early twenties, I could fall asleep in like 5 minutes or so and sleep through anything. Now it takes me thirty to sixty minutes to stop my mind from running. That's not the worst part. I wake up about 20 times per night and roll around and go back to sleep. It's just enough to mess up my sleep cycle and makes me so tired when I wake up. I really hope I don't have sleep apnea. My dad's mask he has to wear is burdensome and ridiculous. I'd hate to have to wear that every night. I wish I could sleep and wake up feeling refreshed without an alarm clock like they say you're supposed to.
