Do you like Blade Runner?

I watched the film for the first time last year in 07, not sure exactly when but it was a while ago. First time I watched, I wasn't too impressed and wasn't quite sure why it had such a big fanbase. But I recently bought the Final Cut version, which is the most recent and most up to date version and I gotta say..I LOVE IT!!

I watch it pretty often, and I love the darkness of the film. There are no nice looking colours or anything, it's just doom and gloom and I dig that. I love the music, the characters, and the concept of the whole Blade Runner world. I think i'll read the novel that it was based on (Do Androids dream of electric Sheep) too.

So what about you guys?

I think it's a film you either love or hate.

I never saw it, but I was thinking of watching the original then hte final cut.
