I think most cheese smells like poop/drying saliva.....

Blue cheese smells even more like poop than most cheeses. I don't put things that smell like poop in my mouth.

I love cheese but blue cheese is one of the few kinds of cheese I won't eat.

I LOVE blue cheese.

especially on burgers.

Take 1/2 pound meat, form it into a ball. Seperate the ball in half. Stuff a nice load of blue cheese inside. Press the two hemispheres of meat back together and then shape into a patty. Season generously with salt and pepper. Grill until done, and enjoy.

I also like it on butterleaf lettuce salads with diced apple and walnuts.

I like pretty much any kind of cheese, so yeah. Blue cheese is only good in very small quantities, though.iwokojance

ya, its very strong sometimes but good.

Even stronger is the infamous Gorgonzola! I cant eat that straight up but I make a really good pasta sauce with it
