I've never tried it. I hear it contains alcohol, so that pretty much rules out any chance of me drinking it any time soon.judog1
I like it!
One year I made the mistake of eating it with chocolate cheesecake and truffles. My heart was beating fast afterwards D:
I haven't had it with rum or anything, so I'm not sure on what my preference is.

I've never heard of any human being denied eggnog due to age restrictions. I've never heard of eggnog poisoning nor getting drunk off of eggnog either. Nonetheless, if you have medical concerns, I suppose check with a doctor, check the ingredients?
I enjoy it in moderation. Too much and I get a bit nauseous. :P raven_squadTrue, I had way too much last Christmas. :P
I never like "regular" egg nog, so I never tried egg nog with brandy or whatever it is people "spike" it with.
However, a few years ago, my wife came home from the store with Old New England Egg Nog from the liquor store. That stuff aint too bad. Aint too bad at all. ;)

its only 15% thoughReally? I am disappoint. Although, that's probably a good thing, considering my wife usually wakes me up WAY too early on Christmas morning and I typically stumble my way into the living room as it is.[QUOTE="Planet_Pluto"]

If I were to "strengthen" it, what would I use?

Whiskey works fine for me. I would imagine vodka might work as well.[QUOTE="Planet_Pluto"]Really? I am disappoint. Whiskey works fine for me. I would imagine vodka might work as well. i would use a dark liquor (spiced rum is my choice kraken or captain), and if you like it sweet or are in the mood for the off sweet glass i would use southern comfortPlease Log In to post.
