Morals mean more to me than anything which is why I like her.
And TC, if you're going to go out and call people idiots, at least make sure you use spell check.

Your =/= You're
I guess you didn't spell it wrong, but you used the wrong word.
Not trying to be an ass about it, just saying.
I'm gonna have to say no. I think she's a very disturbed individual who can't separate fact from fiction. She would be a threat to all of us if she were to get too much power. She's clearly very popular with certain people but no sane individual can ignore the fact that she is completely mental.
She's a £^%&(*^%&*(£^&*%£^&*%^&£$*(^%&*(£^%&*(^£&*(%^£&*(^%&*(£.

I wonder what £^%&(*^%&*(£^&*%£^&*%^&£$*(^%&*(£^%&*(^£&*(%^£&*(^%&*(£. Means...

I think Sarah Palin is just being target and exploited by the media and Democratic party. Yes, she has said some stupid stuff, but so has Biden and Obama, but none of their gaffes get nearly the same attention.
The best thing I like about her is her exposing corruption of people in her own party and bringing them down. Thats refreshing to hear something like that and takes guts.
Were there better people to choose? Probably. But no matter who McCain chose, the media would be tearing them down as well.

flazzle
100% correct.
I like her, I don't think she was the best pick for VP, but she wasn't the worst either.
She means well and wants to do a good job. I mean, why is everyone piling on her? Biden has made just as many, if not more gaffs than Palin. Atleast Palin knows what stance her running mate is taking....
No, I hate here, how she talks and acts. I think she is one of the biggest reason for the unneeded hate coming from the Republican party and its a very scary thought to think someone who was Governor for two years, who is basically your average mother, with a degree in journalism, could possibly be the vp and one heart beat away from being president, and that heart beat being John McCain someone who is very old and has a bad health record.SaintLeonidas
To play devil's advocate, Obama has only been a member of the U.S. Senate since 2005. Sarah has 12 years of Executive experience combining her being a mayor and govonor while Obama has NONE. Actually it could be argued Sarah has MORE experience than Obama.
Now, I'm not one to dwell on experience. Because sometimes it just shows you have more experience screwing up all those years.
Many claim she is a 'hearbeat' away. Well, the same could be said of Biden. Obama smokes and the last I heard he has yet ot release his medical records (hopefully I'm wrong on that but I haven't heard otherwise). And even so, if McCain dies, she can do just what Obama did and choose a VP with experience like Obama chose Biden.
I think her being an average mother is a strength. I'd like to think Obama is an average father as well. I think leaders need that 'average' person connection. In fact, what makes someone an average and not an average parent?
You say McCain is 'very old'. He seems to be doing pretty well now, and it looks like longetivty is in his family history. You can never tell when someone is going to die. People die at 40, 50 and 60 without warning.
Ok, I know this is off-topic but... nice sig.I like her, I don't think she was the best pick for VP, but she wasn't the worst either.

Come on. Russia is next door! I'm gaining foreign policy experience by osmosis! Yayz! I don't read newspapers, I just say I do. WTF.I like her, I don't think she was the best pick for VP, but she wasn't the worst either.

I know the vice president doesn't really do much, but if for some god forsaken reason she became president, it would be one of the biggest leadership disasters in the world.Englando_IVUm, not really. The Democratic Congress could block anything extreme she wants to do, and all they would have to do was present a mediocre candidate and not run a horrible campaign. Of course, that would be a challange in itself.
