Do you like people who are simple minded?

I dont dislike them, but I wouldnt want to be in a relationship with one.

yes, there is a certain innocence about them that make them very good companions when you can't be pissed with anyone else.

That's a pretty terrible and horribly oversimplified factor in terms of whether or not you'll end up liking someone else.

Might as well ask if I like people that wear blue jeans on occassion; this is just utter nonsense.

So everyone on this forum is intelligent. At the risk of sounding like a pretentious douche i will say that you might be considered simple-minded by other people. I'm not saying this is the case with everyone, but it's a rarity when a simpleton stands up and says "yes i'm simple-minded and there is not much i can do about it". Most of them act like they know everything and consider other people stupid. Just saying, you might be simple-minded and not know it, so ease up with the prejudices. (:Stavrogin_

Or simple as in people who 'cut to the chase' and say what they mean opposed to people who, (for example using this forum) post walls and walls of text without actually saying anything.

I actually prefer being with what most would consider "simple minded" than being with people who think a little too highly of themselves.

Yeah dude I do not know what you mean by simple people, but I enjoy hanging out with easy going types a lot. Easy to know, aand usually dont read to much into things.

I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything, but I've actually met tons of simpletons who pretty much admit it.

I'm fine with "simple" people if they nice.

But like sonicare said, I wouldn't pick a simple person for a partner.

Well actually it wasn't my intention to insult anyone. I tought some people would even be proud to call themselves simple because that is the way they view life. You know they don't try to explain it.. they just live it.

I don't mind simple people at all but I do find conversing with them a chore at times.
