I have everything set to 24hr clock, I just find it so much more comfortable to use. I know where I am with it, no need to look outside to see if the sun is shining, if it says 23:11 then I know its night time. What about you?

Our schedule at work was changed to 24hr time and even though most of us can use our heads and follow the schedule, there are a few that are slightly retarded and it just destroys their minds
I kinda feel like a 24hr clock would be easier but I have a theory.
I've visited a few countries that have use metric, and it seems the people in these countries are terrible at judging values in metric. Ask somebody to make an estimate, and they're off by my than 2x the value. Americans are normally off, but rarely by that much. Maybe it's just culture but I've seen it in 2 very different cultures that use the metric system, and don't seem to have any similar problems. Or maybe since most my time spent in the US is rural, and most my time spent abroad is in more urban areas.
Anyway I feel that if I switched to a 24 hour clock I don't think I'd really know what time it was.
Also why no metric time?
12hr clock. whenever i see a 24hr clock i have to work it out which takes a fraction of a second longer.
[QUOTE="Doolz2024"]12 hour.... I'm not in the miltiary, so why go by the 24 hour clock? Bass7
Because you don't have to ask "AM, or PM?"
I use both. If I see 1 P.M., I think 13:00. When I see 15:00, I think 3:00 P.M.
Well I've never used anything other than the 12 hour clock, so :PAnd plus, why would I need to ask AM or PM anyway? If somebody says it's 2 o' clock, and it's daylight, I'm gonna know right away it's PM, lol

Lol it's more of when I ask my friends something like, "What time did you go?" "8." See how it can be confusing? :P
