For me I live in NY but I never felt like I should be here it's hard to explain. When I look at the West Coast of America states like California I get this home feeling it's weird I don't feel that way for NY what about you?

Gotta go with the West coast. Took me a long time to find the right place, but I finally think I've found it.

That's great man.
I largely love where I live (Vancouver BC, Canada)
it has some problems with affordability but as an outdoor enthusiast its hard to beat the mix of access to ocean and mountains.
I might consider moving to a smaller town in BC at some point but i'd never leave the province

Nice man I always wanted to visit Vancouver so many beautiful locations there.
@DEVILinIRON: It was the same thing for me. East Coast in Canada was a river of shit for me, everything went mostly my way when I moved West.
Been living in Honolulu for the past 16 years--a far cry from being born and raised in Jersey City, but despite the cost of living, I love it here. Although I do miss the east coast, I've been away from it for so long, I don't think I belong there anymore.
I'd move back to New Zealand in a heartbeat if I could. And I will, someday.
I used to say the same about the UK as well, but between the 2019 mess and how they screwed up COVID-19, I was suddenly less enthused.
