Yes, Slayer is one of the best extreme thrash bands around. If your trying to get into them try checking out their albums Reign in Blood, South of Heaven, and Seasons in the Abyss. 9/10

I would say 7/10 because those three (and half of Christ Illusion) are their only albums that are actually worth listening to.
they're o.k, i'm not really into much Thrash metal, but Reign in Blood, South of Heaven, and God Hates us All are all great albums, musically, i'd give them a 7.5/10, for influence, and respect for them, i'd give them a 9.5/10
I don't really like Slayer too much. I've always prefered Celtic Frost. Slayer's first few albums are all I could tolerate, but I wouldn't imagine listening to them on my own time.
Slayer is one of the most mainstream bands in existence; I prefer less well-known bands like Queensryche and Tempest, which also have better lyrics and are more melodic. But for a thrash fan, Slayer is the way to go.
I like some of their stuff, Reign in Blood is by far better in my opinion. Rating, I'd say 8. I know, I am a tough critic although there isn't much to say on the negative scale.
Definitely... But I'll rate them only 6.5/10 or 7/10... Other than albums like Reign in Blood, South of Heaven, Seasons in the Abyss... I don't see much worth listening to...
