I do sometimes it's a nice way to shut off my thoughts and just feel nothing as long as I'm not dreaming.

I love sleep. I tried to sleep as long as I could and my head started to hurt, like it wanted me to get up and do something.

I don't, which is why I stay up late even when I have to get up early in the morning for work.

Again, it might add, it feels weird. With that in mind, maybe I don't like sleep but I like it when I need it. Therefore, I like sleeping in some days when someone's at home - so I could do stuff while people are asleep at night - playing dreamcast and watching stuff on tv. The other side of the coin is that I sleep early, so I could have a cup of coffee and watch what's on *laugh*

Nothing like the first cup of coffee in the morning.

Yes but I have it backwards; I don't look forward to it on my work nights (when I need it), but I look forward to it on my weekends (when I don't need it).

So like when the weekend is here and I'm thinking "Yay! Time to have fun!" it's more like "Yawn. Time for a nap. A five-hour mid-day nap"

I look forward to sleeping because it passes the time when I feel bored. If I could fall asleep now, I would.

I think I only sleep a few hours a night and I'm fine with that. Only time I look forward to sleep is when my eyes just won't stay open. Otherwise I'm just laying in bed thinking of all kinds of weird stuff and my mind doesn't want to shut down.

I fall asleep in seconds when my head hits the pillow, but I have some sort of sleeping disorder I think? When I go to sleep I sleep for two or three hours and I get up. Maybe I’m thinking to much? Sleep apnea? I don’t know, the sleep clinic charges $900 for a nights stay to test me and the pap machine costs $2,500 for a basic model? Can’t even afford the $900.

Yep. Go through phases where I suffer from insomnia though. Sometimes I just sleep because I’m bored, not necessarily tired.

Not really. I tend to think it's a waste of time, yet I know it's something we need. I used to sleep in A LOT when I was younger, but as I got older, I kept thinking, "Man, all the stuff I could have got done that morning if I would just have woke up when I was supposed." Naps are nice, though. I like coming home for lunch and taking a nap, so I suppose I look forward to those.

Back when I was severly depressed due to a terrible "break up" where a "person" (if I can even call it that) broke me beyond repair, yes I did. It was the only time in the day I wasnt in pain and overthinking things. Then I would wake up in the middle of the night and everything would just rush into my head over and over again. I never want to feel that kind of pain ever again

Nowadays... its nice to sleep when tired but if I'm not tired enough I wont try to force it

I've been having nightmares almost everyday for about a year now so these days I don't look forward to them.

Not when I know the first thing that I'll have in mind when I wake up is that I'll have to get up wishing I could stay in bed longer.

I always wake up at 7 and when I wanna get up for, maybe work, and take these 20 minute hot showers where at the end - I'd start counting down and start off at 60 seconds. Then I'd reset it a couple times when I'm at 30 seconds :)

Not really. Been finding it harder and harder to get a full nights sleep. I fall asleep just fine, but I'll wake up 1-3 hours later and I'll be wide awake. I've lost quite a bit of weight, noticeably around my neck, and I use a CPAP machine. I might need to change the settings.
