Don't care about your opinions pro or con gun ownership. Just, do you legally own a gun? I do not. I used to have a .38 revolver. Nice gun, but I legally sold it back to the gunstore. I had some mental depression issues.

must be a farmer. ;)
must be a farmer. ;)joesh89Tehe ^_______^ That reminded of that bit on Hot Fuzz... Cop: "Everyone and their mums are packin round here" Angel: "Like who?" Cop: "Farmers" Angel: "Yeh who else?" Cop: "Farmers mums" :P
I own several both pistols, rifles and shotguns.
Yup, I own a Glock 22 that uses .40 S&W ammo, complete with two 15-round magazines. Right now I'm borrowing my dad's .44 magnum six-shooter, as well as his .357 magnum single-action revolver. MAILER_DAEMON
You and I have similar tastes. I own a Glock 19 with a couple hi-caps and a rail light/laser combo. I also have three .44 mags -- a Ruger Redhawk, a Blackhawk, and a Smith titanium w/ a 4 inch barrel that is honestly too light because it hurts like hell to fire. I run .44 special through it and it's much more tolerable.
Just got an M4A3 last year, though, and that's my baby. :)
EDIT: This year I'm thinking of trying out either a Kimber Raptor or a Springfield Operator. I've been using the same old .45 1911 for about a decade, and while it's a nail-driver, it's way too big to carry concealed.

Nice. I'm hoping to get a 1911 like an Operator at some point... a friend of mine may be selling his soon, so we'll see. I want some kind of tactical light for my Glock, but that might be a ways off...[QUOTE="Shame-usBlackley"][QUOTE="MAILER_DAEMON"]Yup, I own a Glock 22 that uses .40 S&W ammo, complete with two 15-round magazines. Buying used from a friend is the way to go -- at least then you can try the gun out in advance and you know how the gun has been treated and realistically how many rounds have been put through it.
It's kind of funny how much you can spend on tactical lights and optics. I spent a third of the cost of my M4 on the optics for it (Aimpoint).
I don't but kind of want to buy a M1 Garand from WWII, even a replica.
I just love that firearm.

They've actually started making the Garand again, albeit in extremely limited numbers. I had a chance to get one last December and didn't jump on it and now it's gone. It's amazing seeing this brand new version of one ofhistory'smost well-made rifles.
