Don't care about your opinions pro or con gun ownership. Just, do you legally own a gun? I do not. I used to have a .38 revolver. Nice gun, but I legally sold it back to the gunstore. I had some mental depression issues.

I own a S&W .38 Special snub-nosed, revolver with an internal hammer. It's lightweight, fits right in your pocket, is perfect for concealed carry. I got it after a family of four was murdered down the street from me, and after 32 people were killed in cold blood at my school.

I own a 1979 Yugoslavian SKS, 20 round magazine, equipped with a bayonet and grenade launcher. Trying to obtain Walther P38 but I'm not a resident of Michigan and don't have a Michigan ID so I will have to wait until I return to Indiana.

Only thing I have a the moment is an old 410 single shot shotgun that was given to my dad when he was a kid. I have every intention of buying more guns when I have a steady job.

Yup, I own a Glock 22 that uses .40 S&W ammo, complete with two 15-round magazines. Right now I'm borrowing my dad's .44 magnum six-shooter, as well as his .357 magnum single-action revolver. MAILER_DAEMON

You and I have similar tastes. I own a Glock 19 with a couple hi-caps and a rail light/laser combo. I also have three .44 mags -- a Ruger Redhawk, a Blackhawk, and a Smith titanium w/ a 4 inch barrel that is honestly too light because it hurts like hell to fire. I run .44 special through it and it's much more tolerable.

Just got an M4A3 last year, though, and that's my baby. :)

EDIT: This year I'm thinking of trying out either a Kimber Raptor or a Springfield Operator. I've been using the same old .45 1911 for about a decade, and while it's a nail-driver, it's way too big to carry concealed.

Nice. I'm hoping to get a 1911 like an Operator at some point... a friend of mine may be selling his soon, so we'll see. I want some kind of tactical light for my Glock, but that might be a ways off...

Yeah, the Operator comes in a few really nice variants. Buying used from a friend is the way to go -- at least then you can try the gun out in advance and you know how the gun has been treated and realistically how many rounds have been put through it.

It's kind of funny how much you can spend on tactical lights and optics. I spent a third of the cost of my M4 on the optics for it (Aimpoint).

They've actually started making the Garand again, albeit in extremely limited numbers. I had a chance to get one last December and didn't jump on it and now it's gone. It's amazing seeing this brand new version of one ofhistory'smost well-made rifles.

Uh, I think?

I sort of do, but I don't keep them with me cause I don't have a safe and I'm in college.

Technically I have a .22, and .243 rifle for hunting and I might get my grandfathers 7mm because he's pretty much done hunting now.

No, my father and brothers own a few rifles (.22 and shotguns I think) used primarily for hunting and pest control and I'll often accompany them when they go shooting but that's about it, don't plan on ever owning my own really.

I used to own a some kind of .30-30 rifle when I lived in the mountains for a few years, but currently I have nothing but bladed weapons in my abode.
