Nope. I've never been very good when it comes to playing instruments, though I'd love to be able to.

There is no natural talent when it comes to music. It all comes down to a lot of practise and discipline.

Well I'm sure that with loads of practice I could be pretty good, but I think some people are more talented with playing instruments than others, the same way people are better at drawing, etc.

Most people that are better at drawing enjoy drawing and doodle a lot though. But learning an instrument is also different to drawing, it has more to do with coordination and a little bit of rhytm (which can be learnt/improved).
It's like mozart, he wasn't born a musical genius. He was forced to learn several instruments by his father at a very young age. It all boiled down to a lot of effort and practise.

they're actually not hard to play at all, it's really similar to playing a brass instrument in terms of the mouth work, but there's a lot of different breathing and stuff you can do with it. i have a flute, piano, 3 electric guitars, 1 acoustic guitar, electric keyboard, 2 amps, and a record player if that counts for anything lol. yeee im a big fan of musicI want one of those![QUOTE="thriteenthmonke"][QUOTE="Severed_Hand"]i have a didgeridoo! just dont know how to play it.the-silent-hero

Haha, I have one too! Bought it when I went to Australia... and now it's sitting elegantly on my wall. Besides that, I've been playing the violin for 6 years, and the piano for 9. I also have an old recorder sitting around. Cool, rite?[QUOTE="the-silent-hero"][QUOTE="thriteenthmonke"] I want one of those!McSquigee
