Do you pay Federal Income Tax?

I don't live in the United States but I just found out that Federal Income Tax is unconstitutional and there is no law which says you must pay it.

So, do you pay Federal Income Tax?

You can't do to jail if you don't pay Federal Income tax. Show me the law which says that. This is not a joke thread. Read the first post and watch the video FFS.

I'm not American, I'm British and yes, we actually have a law for Income Tax.

But if there were people going to jail for not paying it, then surely they would be in prison illegally? They haven't committed a crime.

sorry, no videos, im at work, anyway, its called tax evasion and yes you can do to jail example here, the first survivor winner did not pay taxes on his winnings aka income and was thrown in jail, the only income that is tax free in the united states are inheritance's

The 16th Amendment was never fully completely and officially ratified. In short, the law or any law which says that you must pay Federal Income Tax was never passed.

There is more than one tax in existnce in the US
