yes i do , Been playing for about 8 months, But I'm not a pro though , its just a hobby to kill the time , and i got into it because there are some solos i wanted to play , anyways i have a picture of my guitar in my profile .
I've been wanting to learn to play for a long time but could never get a guitar until now. But now I feel like I wouldn't have enough time to dedicate to playing
I have been playing for around 2 years now and honestly I have to say I is the greatest thing I ever done so far. Playing guitar has completely changed me as a person because of the commitment and feel of it. I find it to be a wonderful instrument to express emotions with. I do tend to be distracted from one thing to learn another but I try to learn something new everyday. I used to suck but with practice comes perfection and now I play a large variety of genres,
Yeah among other instruments. I think I have been playing the guitar for 3 years now.

I think this is it, i cant really remember what christmas it was but it was around then. I just recently started playing it way more, like in the summer. If i could magically strum the right string every time i would be pro but i have trouble with that, i always graze another string or something
I got a guitar for Christmas like four years ago and I still don't know how to play it. I've tried a few times and I've given up every time. I don't have a lot of patience and I get easily frustrated when things don't come easily for me. I really do want to learn how to play it, though, so I think I'm going to try again soon.
I think I started learning how to play guitar like 4 years ago. I only had a few formal lessons in the first few months, since then I've been learning on my own. Probably why my progress has been pretty slow. It doesn't help that all the songs that I want to learn are like technical death metal songs. ;_;
Been playing about two years. Need to branch out, though. Probably going to stop putting so much emphasis on guitar and start working on harmonica, piano, mandolin and ukulele. Not much point in me having all these instruments if I'm only decent at one of them.
Been playing since February of 09. So, almost a year. I've been getting more serious about it lately now that I've got my fingers used to holding frets, strumming, and picking.
I don't know, really. I just found it to be boring.

Did you ever try playing with an amp on a loud volume? I at first thought it was boring, but then my dad got me an effects pedal and an amp so I plugged it all in and turned it way up and had a blast with it. :P
Mmm started playing when I was about 12 (2000), was pretty good at it to. Started off mainly just playing classical stuff (mostly spanish and south american music) then got an electric guitar and pretty much just started to play everything and anything that sounded good. I have not played it since early last year though, I need to get back to it.
I own an acoustic guitar, but I don't know how to play it....yet..... I bought it bran new about 4 months ago, and just haven't had time to learn. But I will, eventually.
