Do You Read?

besides the stuff i have to read for school, Internet articles, lemonade stand banners, text messages, and the occasional street sign, I don't really do that much reading at all. which has caused me to wonder, are we as a society increasingly becoming more and more illiterate? i believe there was once a time in America that writers like Hemingway couldn't get across the other end of a street for a cup a joe without getting mobbed, or guys like Browning who used his celebrity to crash any cocktail party he wanted, or guys like Arthur Miller who married girls like Marilyn Monroe then actually married Marilyn Monroe. i don't know. do you guys read? do you guys believe that society needs to bring back reading and make it trendy again?

But seriously I like to read steampunk/fantasy novels, interesting stuff.

I read constantly in the school year but Im usually occupied in the summer so I dont read much then.

Although towards the end of August before school starts Breaking Dawn comes out and I cannot wait because that series is absolutely amazing so Ill be going to the midnight launch if the mall is having one and Ill probably finish it within the next day.
