Webcomics are great...sometimes. I used to read a lot of ones that took themselves seriously. Now I don't really. Sometimes, you get comics made by "webheads" (people who literally live and breath on the internet and have no friends outside of it) and those are always a little painful to read.

I read Questionable Content religiously. It takes a bit of effort to go back and read all of the old ones, but once you do, the new ones become a whole lot funnier.

I like VGCats, but I wish he would update more often.

Penny Arcade is usually insightful, and sometimes the backstory behind the comic is funnier than the comic itself.

XKCD is good, if you don't mind giving your brain a workout while laughing.

And finally, check out Cat and Girl or Anders Loves Maria if you want something a little bit different.
