I've read a lot of Cyanide & Happiness and xkcd, and follow Questionable Content. I started reading through the Dresden Codak comics yesterday :D

XKCD, 8-Bit Theater, Dr Mcninja, Penny Arcade, and just recently, Gunnerkrigg Court.

The only ones I follow are Cyanide and Happiness and Shrub Monkeys.

I read Questionable Content religiously. It takes a bit of effort to go back and read all of the old ones, but once you do, the new ones become a whole lot funnier.

I like VGCats, but I wish he would update more often.

Penny Arcade is usually insightful, and sometimes the backstory behind the comic is funnier than the comic itself.

XKCD is good, if you don't mind giving your brain a workout while laughing.

And finally, check out Cat and Girl or Anders Loves Maria if you want something a little bit different.
