Cigs are terrible. Smoking for 5 years now and I just need to quit asap.

The phlegm isn't all fun in the morning.

Chest pains galore.

The urge to smoke.

The price of a pack of cigs.

It's just a really, really bad habit and I regret it a lot.

Unfiltered cigs are a nightmare. For 2 dollars a bag, free rolling papers, and about 30 cigs in each bag of tobacco, it seems like a giveaway, but they are killer.

If you're trying to quit, go and see your doctor. They should have great information for you and many states have programs designed to help people quit with a toll-free number that will often give you free samples of medications like Chantix, which is one of the best aids I've ever seen for people that want to quit.

I'm happy to see that so many want to quit. Some smokers think they're invincible healthwise, but I've never seen a smoker over the age of 60 that didn't have a smoking-related health problem whether it be chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, etc.

Smoking is a really dumb thing.

Let's put all these harmful substances into a stick... and so people keep buying it we'll also add this other thing that causes addiction.

You have to be in mind that smoking started as an Abariginol tradition. Then Eurpoeans discovered it and when they mass produced it they decided to add chemicals to increase sales.

I didn't regret it at all because I love smoking cigarettes, but now I start to regret it because I'm thinking about stopping and I don't want to.

I smoked for about 8 months after high school. Only socially, but eventually (with college) I started smoking whenever I was stressed (i.e. a lot). My future-to-be girfriend got me to quit and I'm very happy I did, and now we've been together for 1.5 years=)

No dude if you havent smoked yet then you are a very lucky person and keep it that way.

Once you get addicted to smoking, even if you leave that urge will never go.I mean even if I quit I cant imagine what I will do when a friend would smoke in front of me.It just cant go right.:(

Quiting is easy. You just have to really want too. I see alot of people say. "I should stop smoking. I know it's bad for me." then I ask them. "But you like smoking don't you?". Their response is always "Yes."

I like smoking. Especially after a big dinner.
