Do you remember what you did on Millennium Eve/Day?

So I was just watching an old episode of Futurama on TV, and it got me thinking about millenium eve/new year 2000.

I don't remember it as I was 6 at the time. But do you guys remember? =] Was it just another day, or did you do something exciting?

i remember playing in the back with some friends, while the parents drank and such on the back porchway. was in Florida. did a couple rounds of Bop-It and BrainWarp with everyone. then we were running back and forth across the yard, running away from a Gyarados.

I was at work, all night, because everyone thought Y2K was going to cripple everything. Nothing happened, went home at 6am for some New Year sex.:D

I was at a party. A prankster temporarily made us believe the Y2K bug happened by cutting the power as soon as the clock hit 12:00 A.M.

Watched some new year's eve stuff on TV. I remember seeing it take place in Australia and nothing bad happened, and thinking of all those people with food and D cell batteries stockpiled. :)

I prefer new years eve 2001. I had recently discovered raves and spent 12 hours at a rave bringing in the new year. It was a hell of a night:)

I was young too-about 7. Same as you only it was at my grandparents' place.

I seem to remember watching The Bill on ITV, and worrying about the millenium bug (being only 8 years old, my primary concern was whether I would still be able to play Minesweeper and Pinball on the PC...)

Stayed at home. Was in Covert, Michigan at my moms house at the time and I believe there was snow storm going on outside. My stepdad, two little brothers, and step sister spent their new years at a church while I spent mine at home with my mom...

Since I didn't know if the world was gonna end or not, I decided to fall asleep in case it does so I wouldn't be able to see it ending around me. Was pissed of that I fell for that doomsday crap the next day though...

I was with my family on holiday and I fell asleep before midnight.

I was 19 and I came out of the closet that night :D
