I do sometimes. I had a dream that I had to meet one of girl friends at a restaurant next to a school somewhere in London at 8:00pm. In my dream I started walking down there, checked my watch in the dream and it said 11:17pm. So I started walking back the way I came with a girl who looked extremely similar to the friend I was meant to be meeting. I eventually came up to a park where 3 of my other friends were playing football (soccer).

There was one goalie and the other two were trying to score. For some reason I established that they were the orange team. I joined in, the rules were that if you scored then you had to go in goal. I tackled this big guy and we both went down to the floor. He gave me a dirty look and then I woke up because of my alarm. I have some odd dreams.

Do any of you remember your dreams after you wake up?

I usually do remember my dreams, to a somewhat extreme and scary extent, like how someone "smelled like" in a dream or sounded like.

I sleep alot, so it may be that im somehow training myself in it... I have no idea...

I get the sounded like bit, but smell? That's something I've never heard of!

Very interesting though.

Rarely. I don't sleep much, first of all. Second of all, I rarely recall dreams.. When I do, I recall them pretty intensely though.

Worse one I can remember was when I was dreaming of driving. I was going out of a carpark and I felt really sleepy (a strange feeling when your asleep), like I didn't want to be driving but the dream was making me anyway. Anyway, coming out the car park my foot was stuck on the accelerator and I couldn't press the brake, the dream just wouldn't let me brake, the car was going really fast and I had to turn sharply into the main road. A car overtook me that must of been going 90mph but it didn't beep it's horn even though it had to swerve out the way, then it crashed horribly into a massive artic lorry. I still couldn't brake and I knew the dream was going to make me crash if I didn't wake up. Lucky I did before that happened.

The worse thing of the dream was the screaming from the people in the other car, their car got devastated with accuracy that could only of came from real life experiences of seeing peoples cars crash violently. I could hear the screams as I was waking up, and I think that the screams might of actually been my own. No one else was in the house to confirm that.

I remember at least two-three dreams a morning, and I always have a little sleep "hiccup" coming out of rem. I actually have a lot of lucid dreams, sleepwalking/talking issues, and sleep paralysis. It's weird, because I'm super healthy, except for my sleep. I've had sleep studies, so there's nothing really wrong with me causing it.

I'm trying to lucid dreams, and I'll have to say I remember most of them, but most my images are blurry. That said, I'm crappy at remembering my dreams, even when I try I can only 60% of them.

They're usually fairly clear to me immediately after I wake up (especially if something woke me up), but fade quickly. After a minute or two I just remember bits and pieces which will stay long-term.

It varies. I don't recall them everytime I sleep but I do remember them pretty often. When I do remember them their pretty real and I remember them clearly(which can be a scary thing).

Sometimes I remember dreams, and other times I don't. I've once felt like the night passed with the blink of an eye, and other times I've felt that it took years to wake up.

Sleeping pills that slowly knock you out, music (something loud, but in the other end of the room) and be tugged in real good, so you can't move. It triggers lucid dreams with me, not sleep paralyzis. :o

I remember nearly all my dreams for an hour or so. And I have lucid dreams quite often, though the only time I controlled such a dream wasgivingmyselfa pen for an exam (so much for flying, etc.). I prefer non-lucid dreams, though. My subconcious can be surprisingly creative.

I remember most of my dreams. Some of them even gets into detail, like how things feel and sound. Once I had a dream were I held a duck in my arms and I really felt the duck moving. When I woke up my arms were sleeping since I usually lean my head against them when I go to bed. It's REALLY....."emphasis" REALLY scary to wake up finding your arm comlpetely numb and jelly.

If you think that's scary, just imagine what sleep paralysis is like. Sometimes I realize what it is, and just wait it out. Sometimes I know what it is, but I still panic. Other times, the hallucinations just draw me in and I freak out. The feeling of putting your whole effort into screaming and nothing coming out is awful. I think the worst experience was when the hallucination was someone breathing in my ear, I could feel it. Another particularly memorable time I had fallen asleep on my side with my neck touching my hand, so when I woke up paralyzed it felt like someone was strangling me. I stayed awake for two and a half days after that just because I didn't want it to happen again.

O.O I really wanna try sleep paralyzis, just to try it, if you get what I mean. I can imagine it being scary as hell, but I've still tried to do it. I've tugged myself tight, even tried something close to bondage because I wanted to try it xD

I get what you mean, it is quite the experience. I just wish it didn't happen almost every other day! If you really want to induce it, force yourself into a completely irregular sleep schedule for a while and only sleep flat on your back (the most common position it happens in). It happens more to me if I have a week or two where I just grab a couple hours sleep whenever I have time a couple times a day. Even if I sleep normally, it happens, though : (

All the time. That's probably because I have a habit of writing down the dreams I've had so I can look at them later and remember them forever.
