Well i rarely report someone but when i do its because i'll make a topic like "what's your fav. anime?" and some idiot will come in there and say "anime sucks. I hate it!" I think that's just really stupid so yea i sometimes report those guys....soooo do you???
You don't get points anymore for reporting. But I actually don't report,unless it's something really bad. I figure on this board,many people have already reported all the stuff many times so why should I do it once more.

You sure? I thought I saw a thing when I got modded that the reporting users got points. That bit of text probably hasn't updated. When a moderator takes action on something, they can choose to send the reportinf user a nice PM saying thank you instead of the old points reward. As for myself, I don't bother reporting much any more. Possibly because the boards I frequent are watched by the mods anyway, so it usually gets moderated regardless. Problem is I'm used to using tabbed browsing for such things (since on the shared boards I often use GameFAQs to report, since I find reports don't work from the GS side), and since the report link is in a drop-down menu, I don't want to have to stop reading a thread to report something and then find my place again. If it were in a text link on its own, I'd just open the report page in a new tab, finish reading the thread and then report the post. Though I do post things like disruptive posting and censor bypassing if the user is just angry about something and looking for someone to blame.
