Because I don't. I only shave when I am at a barber.
@pokemonexpert45: didn't you or someone else make this thread already in the last month or two?
*well here is the thread about shaving down there but still...kind of a repeat, albeit a bit more broad than "down there"
I have a beard so I trim it to keep it clean and I trim the nether regions just because i'm vain like that.
I shave my face and occasionally butt hair. Definitely makes wiping myself easier without any hair when using toilet paper. I do shave my underarms or trim them so it makes applying deodorant easier.
Shaving would be too much work as my whole body is hairy. I only shave my face, use a cream for my back, shoulders and armpits and I trim my pubes. I keep the rest to give an illusion of masculinity.
Yes, I manscape about every 3 months or so. Full torso buzz and halfway down the legs, as I'm Chewbacca if left untended. Hair spreads B.O., it's unhygienic and unsightly. I don't shave though. Ever tried sitting after shaving your ass? It's like sitting on a porcupine.
Been a buzzcut and short/medium beard guy forever, do it myself every week or two.
And yep, hit the pits with a 1/8 guard when I do, not trying to have underarm bush. Definitely clean up the junk as well, usually a close trim with the clippers, and at times I've gone all out with a removal cream.
Hairy junk is one of those things where women won't complain if you have it, but holy shit they'll absolutely love it if you don't lol. Discovered this early on, always maintained it since. Whatever head you were getting, gets much better.
Rest of the body, mostly leave it alone. Stray hairs up on the shoulders and upper back, sure I'll catch those. Everything else just leave it alone.
I shaved my whole body once for a photo shoot I did when I was doing some fitness/bodybuilding stuff. It did make a difference with the spray tan and allowing my vascularity to show more. Now I have a lot more tattoos so it’s kind of hard to make visible anyways and the itchiness after it grows back was uncomfortable.
I shave my face almost every day. Also other places here and there. My wife is asian and they generally like short hair. But it's okay, because i'm not the only one that's smooth. =D

Never had a women complain about the hair down there before lol, must be a cultural thing.
I haven't shaved in over 30yrs now, but I do trim the facial hair though, shaving just leaves your skin rough as guts, and shaving underarm hair, man that's some next level stuff especially for a man if you're not a professional swimmer or body builder. Not judging you, just find it strange.

Yeah that's exactly what I'm saying man. They won't lol. They just let you know how much they appreciate it when you do.
Can assure you it's not culturally exclusive.

Yeah I'm not taking a razor to the pits lol. Like I said, just trim it down with a 1/8 guard.
I'm sure it's no biggie for some dudes to let it run wild, but it's too much for me. I'm also a very active guy, so trimming the pits comes with the territory. Better hygiene, less BO, discomfort, etc.

Never heard a lady complain before, and trust me Aussie women aren't backwards in coming forwards, and in my experience women love a fluffy toy to play with lol. Might just be a cultural thing.
Yeah, wouldn't trim my pits or bits for that matter, different strokes for different folks.
No razor touches me. I am not a hairy man, I have a lite beard on my face. My family grows their out to be one with nature, so I was compelled. Luckily, I look young with it, my friends think I haven't changed a bit in years flying by.
I think if facial hair grows too far then it needs some grooming, like hair. Shampooing, trimming and brushing so that helps look neat, stunning.
